Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Act provides that the data subjects may exercise their right to free and uninhibited access to their personal data at reasonable expenses. In means that private institutions may legally charge a reasonable administration fee as appropriate to their circumstances. The PDPB has not issued any guidelines in this regard.
